Role Overview

As a Supporter Development Assistant, you will play a vital role in building and nurturing meaningful relationships with supporters of Dove House Hospice. Acting as a friendly, professional and compassionate ambassador, you will engage with existing and potential supporters by telephone, helping them understand the impact of their support and the different ways they can contribute to the future of local hospice care.

Working closely with the Fundraising and Lottery teams, you will deliver excellent supporter care, maintain accurate supporter records, and contribute to the recruitment and retention of supporters. This is a fixed term opportunity, ideal for someone with outstanding communication skills, a positive attitude and a passion for building relationships, while supporting Dove House Hospice’s vision of ensuring local people with progressive life-limiting illnesses receive expert care when and where they need it most.
