Join the Little Owls Family – We are now looking for a Nursery Administration Assistant to join our warm, friendly and dedicated team.

Location: Little Owls @ Ainthorpe, Ainthorpe Grove, Hull, HU5 5EB / Little Owls @ Dove House, Chamberlain Road, Hull, HU8 8DH

Salary: £25,886 - £26,859 Full Time Equivalent per annum.

Hours of work: 16-20 hours per week. Hours to be worked between 7:30am and 6pm Monday to Friday, this can be discussed further at interview.

We are looking for a proactive and organised Nursery Administration Assistant to join our busy Little Owls team. This varied role offers a unique blend of front of house interaction and vital administrative support, giving you the opportunity to play a key role in the smooth and efficient running of the nursery. From managing records and supporting enquiries to assisting with invoicing, funding claims and compliance tasks, you’ll be at the heart of keeping everything running seamlessly.
