Locations: Little Owls @ Ainthorpe, Hull, HU5 5EB and Little Owls @ Dove House, Chamberlain Road, Hull, HU8 8DH.
Salary: £29,600 per annum.
Hours: 30‑40 hours per week, between 7:30am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Timing is flexible.

Responsibilities
- Lead the SEND provision and support children with special educational needs and disabilities to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Work closely with nursery teams, families and external professionals to identify early and deliver tailored support.
- Provide guidance to colleagues, promoting inclusive practice and maintaining high quality SEND provision.
- Partner with families and professionals to positively influence children’s development and outcomes.
- Lead on early identification, coordination of resources and monitoring of progress for children with SEND.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- Strong leadership and organisational ability.
- Experience in a similar role supporting SEND children.
- Excellent communication and partnership skills with families and external professionals.
- Calm, approachable and structured working style.
- Current enhanced DBS check and valid child protection responsibilities.
