They are seeking a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join their established and high-performing team. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business and source leads
- List properties using the existing database and network
- Register applicants and manage inbound enquiries
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Provide detailed feedback to landlords to help secure offers
- Negotiate and qualify offers to achieve the best outcome for all parties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and colleagues
- Handle all necessary paperwork for a smooth lettings process
- Manage the full lettings cycle from offer through to move-in
Requirements
- ARLA qualification preferred (not essential)
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Well-presented and articulate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
