Working Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm (Hybrid)

My client, a privately owned company covering multiple sectors within Property, is looking for a Head of Property Management for the Block division. You will be ensuring that the team delivers across the assigned portfolio, which is in excess of 2000 units with no RMC’s. This is a great opportunity to move into a leadership position for an established yet growing organisation!

Duties and Responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Making sure the team manage the assigned portfolio in accordance with the SLA’s in place
  • Collaborate with the other departments across the group
  • Oversee the long- and short-term financial aspects of the portfolio
  • Develop, maintain and continuously improve policies and procedures
  • Effective stakeholder management
  • Day to day team management
  • Guidance and support to the team

Must have:

  • Block Management experience
  • Team Management
  • Driving license and own vehicle
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organised and punctual
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • A keen problem solver
  • Client facing
  • Strong administration and excellent IT skills
  • Ability to build long-term relationships
  • Positive and encouraging attitude
