A dynamic, innovative and fast-growing block management company based in Surrey is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join its expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly established business with a guaranteed pipeline of properties and genuine opportunities for career progression.
You'll work alongside experienced property professionals who have built successful careers with some of the industry's leading block management companies, making this an excellent environment to learn, develop and grow. Reporting to the Head of Property Management, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of residential blocks across South West London.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing client relationships
- Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance
- Arranging property inspections
- Handling insurance claims
- Coordinating Section 20 major works
- Advising on fire safety and statutory compliance
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of your portfolio
We're looking for someone who has previous block management experience, excellent communication and customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and good numerical ability. You'll be confident building relationships with clients, contractors and leaseholders, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a high standard of service.
