Join an award-winning, multi-branch independent agency based in North London as a Sales Progressor. As a vital member of the team, you will take charge of progressing sales from offer to completion. You will be highly experienced in progressing sales in a fast-paced environment dealing with large cases, ideally 80+.
This role demands a proactive and highly organised individual who thrives under pressure. You should be a strong communicator, comfortable resolving any challenges, and resilient enough to support a highly experienced sales team.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Responsibility for progressing sales from reservation through to completion within the agreed timeframe
- Liaising with customers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, financial advisors and other key parties as necessary
- Supporting the busy sales team, ensuring information is up to date regarding accepted offers
- Guiding customers as well as the sales team throughout the process
- Monitoring and tracking each sale to meet exchange and completion deadlines
- Advising and supporting customers with sales transactions activity
- Using your understanding of the conveyancing journey to problem solve and overcome any challenges with the sale to prevent sales from falling through
- Covering incoming and outgoing telephone calls to clients, agents, and any other third parties in connection with conveyancing matters
- Gathering the required documents to complete the sale
- A minimum 3+ years' experience as a Sales Progressor in residential property sales/transactions - must have dealt with a similar scale of property sales (ideally over 80+!)
- Demonstrate and prove a driven and motivated work ethic
- Ability to manage own workload and manage multiple projects at one time
- Able to work to strict deadlines, even during busy periods
- A driven and assertive individual who can confidently engage with professionals and third parties to ensure clarity and achieve desired outcomes effectively
