Property Manager | Central London ?

Hours: Monday - Friday About the Role Our client is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their growing London team.

You'll take ownership of a portfolio of approximately 130 residential properties , managing the full tenancy lifecycle while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

What You'll Be Doing ??

Managing a residential property portfolio from move-in to move-out ??

Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors ??

Negotiating tenancy renewals and helping minimise void periods ??

Coordinating maintenance, repairs, inspections, and compliance ??

Monitoring rental arrears and resolving account queries ??

Managing deposits, check-outs, and property inspections ??

Processing invoices and maintaining accurate property records ??

Delivering an outstanding customer experience every step of the way What We're Looking For ? 2+ years' experience in residential property management ?
