Temporary Resident Experience Assistant – Manchester – £15 per hour My client, a globally established Real Estate Agency, are currently seeking a Resident Experience Assistant to provide onsite front desk support on a rolling temporary basis to cover sick leave.You will be assisting the lettings and property services team on a stunning build-to-rent development in Manchester. You will provide front of house support. Duties: Dealing with resident enquires Answering the phone and handling queries Ensuring the parcel room is running efficiently Assisting within any ad hoc administration Handling bin rotations Assisting with inventory duties where needed Hours: This is a 4 on 4 off shift pattern working 7am to 5pm OR 9am to 7pm (when working 4 shifts, you will be allocated the same working hours for each shift). Christmas shut down hours; no work on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Years Day Experience Required: Previous customer service experience required within Customer Service roles, Hospitality or Property.
