My client, a boutique, entrepreneurial residential developer specialising in high-end residential developments, is currently seeking a switched-on, enthusiastic, and highly organised Office Manager to ensure smooth office operations and provide comprehensive support to the small team based in North London.
This role requires excellent communication abilities and a knack for team management, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Supervise daily office activities and manage administrative functions to ensure effective workflow.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Manage financial records using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Exhibit professional phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and inquiries.
- Implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support with residential administration as required.
- Ad hoc PA duties to the director.
Proven experience in an office management or administrative role within the property industry is essential. A solid understanding of clerical procedures and office management systems is required. Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred, along with excellent Microsoft Office skills.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm Office Based.
