Dove Hawk are working in partnership with a leading global property consultancy who are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their office in the City of London. The individual will be directly supporting the lettings team ensuring the smooth progression of tenancies from point of offer to move in. The role will be extremely busy and requires an individual who is efficient, able to work to tight deadlines and possess a strong analytical skill set with an excellent eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Managing all aspects of daily office operations to ensure seamless functionality and a professional environment that reflects the company's standards.
- Providing administrative support to the estate agency team, including diary management, meeting coordination, client documentation preparation, and property marketing materials.
- Overseeing reception coverage, visitor management and ensuring exceptional client hospitality.
- Supporting compliance and the letting teams across four offices with obtaining AML from landlords, adhering to data protection requirements, and estate agency regulatory standards.
- Carrying out AML checks using Thirdfort.
- Sending T C's to clients.
- Maintaining digital filing systems, ensuring proper document retention and confidentiality protocols.
