Job Description
An exciting opportunity for a junior property professional to take the next step in their career and gain experience across property management, compliance and building safety.
You'll join a growing residential property business and work closely with an experienced Compliance Manager who will provide plenty of support and training as you develop.
What you'll be doing
- Keeping property and compliance records up to date
- Chasing and organising documents from contractors and property managers
- Tracking repairs, inspections and compliance actions
- Supporting fire and building safety processes
- Updating Excel spreadsheets and internal systems
- Helping with general property administration
- Occasionally attending local properties and sites
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone with around 1 year's experience in property administration who is ready to learn and progress.
You'll be:
- Organised and detail-focused
- Confident using Excel and Microsoft Office
- Comfortable communicating with tenants, contractors and colleagues
- Keen to learn and take on more responsibility
- Interested in developing a career in residential property
No previous compliance experience is needed - full training will be provided.
