We are seeking a proactive and experienced Residential Property Manager to join a well-established management company based in North London. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take full ownership of a diverse residential portfolio, ensuring high standards of service delivery across both lettings and ongoing management. The role is split between office-based administration and on-site West London portfolio oversight, requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
Duties:
- Manage the full lifecycle of tenancies, from move-in to move-out.
- Draft and serve legal notices in accordance with Housing Act 1988 and 2004, including:
- Section 8 (for rent arrears or breach of tenancy)
- Section 13 (for proposing rent increases in periodic tenancies)
- Section 21 (for no-fault evictions under ASTs)
About you:
- 3 years experience in Property/Block Management
- Own Driving Licence - Own Car preferred
- Knowledge of South London property values and markets
What we offer:
- £35,000 - £45,000 Salary DOE
- Monday - Friday 9-6
- 60% Office Based 40% Site Based where required
