My client, an award-winning real estate company that has been running for over 100 years, is looking for a Facilities Manager to join the team in Central London, looking after a portfolio of 40 residential properties for the same landlord.

Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Ensuring compliance meets legal requirements at a rating of 95%+
  • Visits to the properties in accordance with the SLA
  • Maintaining high standards of cleaning, maintenance and presentation
  • Stakeholder management and communication
  • Preparing the service charge budget first draft
  • Monitoring service charge expenditure
  • Working and liaising closely with the other teams

Must haves:

  • IOSH
  • Previous experience preparing service charge budgets and managing expenditure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organised and punctual
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • A keen problem solver and good under pressure
  • Client facing
  • Strong administration and excellent IT skills
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with landlords
  • Positive and encouraging attitude

Good to have but not essential:

  • Residential experience
  • NEBOSH
