Job Description Job Title: Commercial Property Lawyer Type: Full-Time Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Hybrid working arrangement: Four days in the office and one day working remotely We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join a dynamic legal team based in Canary Wharf. The successful candidate will play a key role in advising clients on a broad range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and estate management. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial property documents, including leases, licenses, and sale and purchase agreements. Providing expert legal advice to clients on property transactions and related matters. Conducting property due diligence and title reviews. Managing and advising on leasing negotiations and rent reviews. Keeping abreast of relevant laws and industry developments, including BSA regulations. Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial real estate law. In-depth knowledge of the BSA (Building Societies Act) and its application in property transactions. Proven experience managing complex property deals with attention to detail and accuracy.
