We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join a well-established property management company based in North London. Working closely with senior property managers and the head of department, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of our property portfolio while developing your expertise within the management industry.

  • Coordinating inventories, check-ins/check-outs, and deposit returns/disputes
  • Assist and develop from senior property managers and work closely with Head of Property Management
  • Handling maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors, tenants, and managing agents
  • Organising statutory compliance (Gas Safety, Electrical Certificates, EPCs)
  • Conducting property inspections
  • Supporting overseas landlords and assisting with new property onboarding
  • General office administration, including enquiries and key management

Previous experience in property/lettings/block management (preferred). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Full UK driving licence (Preferred).
