My client, a leading multibranch Estate Agency with over 8 offices across London, are currently seeking an experienced Lettings Administrator with proven property experience, to join their growing teams. You will be a vital part, progressing tenancies from offer to move in and also assisting in the wider administration teams’ success by leveraging your in-depth knowledge of property legislation. This role will be extremely busy and fast paced with a high volume of tenancies so requires an individual who is proactive, possesses a strong analytical skillset and an excellent eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Progress deals efficiently from offer to completion, meeting deadlines and adhering to legal/regulatory requirements.
  • Uphold company policies and relevant legislation, including AML checks.
  • Effectively answer calls, manage documents in Veco, and participate in meetings to keep the team informed.
  • Secure EPCs, safety checks, cleaning, and inventory checks for tenancies.
  • Ensure bookings are completed prior or on the tenancy start date and follow up with the relevant parties to ensure they deliver on their commitments.
  • Undertake additional administrative tasks as needed.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • 2 years’ experience within Tenancy Progression / Lettings Administration.
  • ARLA qualification highly desirable.
  • A detail-oriented individual who thrives in a high-volume environment.
  • Possesses exceptional organisational skills and thrives on maintaining precision in all aspects of their work.
  • KPI and target driven.
  • Enjoys working in a collaborative setting, bringing a positive and can-do attitude to the team.
