We are seeking a commercially minded Head of Conveyancing to take ownership of an established and growing conveyancing division within a well-respected legal practice.
This is a rare opportunity to inherit an existing operation, lead a sizeable team and significantly influence the future growth and profitability of the department.
The role is predominantly home-based, with occasional travel requiredacross the UK.
This is far more than a traditional operational management role.
You'll be responsible for leading and developing a conveyancing department of approximately 50 people while simultaneously driving business growth through strategic partnerships and market development.
You'll have the backing of an established legal practice with access to internal marketing support, cross-referral opportunities and an existing client base across multiple disciplines including family law, planning, corporate law and other legal services.
