We're working with a highly regarded residential property management company that's looking for a Facilities Assistant to join its friendly and supportive team.

The company manages large residential developments on behalf of institutional investors, developers, landlords and Right to Manage (RTM) companies, and has built an excellent reputation for both client service and employee development.

You'll play a key role in supporting the Property Management team, ensuring maintenance issues, compliance requirements and contractor appointments are coordinated efficiently.

No two days are the same, so we're looking for someone who enjoys juggling multiple priorities, communicating with a wide variety of people and keeping everything organised behind the scenes.

Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating maintenance works across a residential property portfolio.

Liaising with contractors, surveyors and specialist trades.

Supporting Property Managers with health and safety and compliance administration.
