The Role
As General Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the operational performance of the development, ensuring residents receive an outstanding service while maintaining the highest standards across the building.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, motivating and developing the on-site team

- Overseeing all aspects of facilities and operational management across the development
