Dove & Hawk are partnering with a prestigious Property & Asset Management company based in Central London to recruit an experienced Residential Building/Estate Manager. This opportunity is based at a high-end residential development in South Kensington and is ideal for a professional with 3+ years of experience in a similar role, particularly someone familiar with servicing high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) in Prime Central London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of daily building operations, including front desk, communal cleaning, maintenance, and resident services for a 52-unit property with gardens.
  • Foster a positive working environment that emphasizes exceptional service, attention to detail, and strong team collaboration.
  • Develop and execute operational strategies to meet performance and profitability goals.
  • Monitor financial metrics, budgets, and expenditures to ensure fiscal health.
  • Maintain full compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Conduct routine inspections to uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
  • Handle resident queries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Lead, train, and support an on-site team of 11 staff members.
  • Collaborate across departments to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, service providers, and partners.
  • Stay informed on industry developments, community trends, and best practices to enhance the resident experience.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar Estate/Building Manager position.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of residential property management principles and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to engage and support HNWI with discretion and professionalism.
  • IOSH or NEBOSH certification is advantageous, though not essential.

Salary & Hours:

  • £50,000–£52,000 per annum + benefits
  • Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (no weekend work required)
