Duties:
- Registering applicants and understanding their property requirements
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Liaising with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Generating new business opportunities and leads
- Negotiating offers between vendors and buyers
- Maintaining regular communication with clients
- Updating property listings and CRM systems
- Supporting the sales and lettings team with administrative tasks
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
