Designed to autonomously handle tenant communications, maintenance coordination, compliance, and admin tasks — freeing property teams to focus on growth and relationships. We are helping them hire a Customer Success Manager to own onboarding, drive adoption, and deliver measurable client value.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding: discovery, integrations, training, go-live
  • Build trusted long-term client relationships
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for Product, Engineering, AI & Sales
  • Troubleshoot configuration, APIs, data flows & integrations
You’ll thrive if you have:
  • 2–4 years in client-facing B2B SaaS (CSM, TAM, Solutions Engineer, Implementation, etc.)
  • Proven ownership of client lifecycle & value delivery
  • Comfort with technical concepts (APIs, integrations, data flows, basic troubleshooting)
  • Excellent communication: explain complex features to non-technical users & turn feedback into clear product input
  • Collaborative mindset & interest in PropTech / real estate
