Are you a highly organised, adaptable professional with experience supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced real estate or legal environment? This is a unique opportunity to support both the Sales & Investments team and the CEO, playing a key role in supporting with commercial property transactions, and contributing to ESG initiatives.
Join a prestigious real estate company specialising in the acquisition, development, and sale of luxury properties across London. This role would suit someone from a real estate secretary, legal assistant, or EA/operations background who is ready to step into a broader, more commercial role - bringing their organisation, attention to detail, and ability to manage various tasks.
You will be motivated, resilient and confident with strong communication skills to work with high-stakeholders, senior management and managing third parties, including solicitors, lawyers and surveyors.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the CEO with commercial negotiations and reviewing offers from agents on commercial spaces.
- Attend regular 1:1 meetings with the CEO to coordinate updates on deals and ongoing transactions.
- Manage the commercial property portfolio, including new lets, renewals, and rent reviews.
- Oversee and prepare transactional documentation: compliance, tenancy, licences to assign/alter, and buyer packs.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders (lawyers, surveyors, agents) to ensure all parties are aligned and deadlines are met.
- Assist the Head of Sales & Investments with scheduling viewings, agent follow-ups, tracking deal progress, and client feedback.
- Minor contribution to ESG-related projects and reporting.
- Proactively chase internal teams for responses and keep the wider team and senior leadership informed on progress.
- Ensure a seamless deal process and successful completion by coordinating between departments and flagging any delays or risks.
- MUST have a background in real estate, legal, EA/secretarial, or sales operations roles - ideally with experience in commercial but not a must!
- Strong communication skills and confident dealing with senior executives, legal professionals, and third-party agents.
- Exceptionally organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines and priorities.
- High attention to detail and ability to check and manage critical documentation.
- Technically proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Professional, polished, and able to handle confidential matters with discretion.

Hours: Office Based - Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6pm
Salary: £50,000 to £70,000 (depending on experience)
