Our client, a rapidly expanding property management company based in Barnet is looking for a part-time Lettings Coordinator to join their team. The role has been created to support the Lettings and Property Managers in an industry that is facing a new dawn following the Renters Rights Act. This role will specifically tackle the new Section 13 Notices and Periodic Tenancies with further administrative tasks set out below.
The client is offering this part-time opportunity for a dedicated individual keen on growing with and helping to grow the company.
Duties:- Negotiate and draft Section 13 notices for rental increases across a diverse portfolio of properties
- Conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks via an online platform for new tenants
- Conduct tenant references on incoming tenants
- Drafting tenancy agreements
- Launching properties to the online portals when re-letting
- Collecting the compliance certificates for new tenancies from Compliance Lead prior to the commencement of a new tenancy
- Assisting with office admin on behalf of the property managers
- Experience of the Lettings and/or Property Management industry
- Experience in an Agency required
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong IT skills
- Ability to tackle different projects at the same time
Working Hours: 20 – 25 hours over 5 days a week – working hours are negotiable. Office-based (onsite parking available)
Salary: £19,000 - £24,000
