Dove & Hawk are working alongside a well-established Property management company that is looking to expand its team in its Bromley office by hiring a Property Manager with 3+ years of experience to join its growing team. With coverage local to the office across the Southeast region, this company offers excellent opportunities for future progression. Duties/Functions of the role:
- Managing a residential property portfolio of circa 120 properties
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Coordinating maintenance and contractor works
- Carrying out property inspections and preparing reports
- Ensuring compliance with Gas Safety, EICR, EPC and licensing requirements
- Managing tenancies from move-in through to check-out
- Resolving landlord and tenant queries efficiently
Requirements of the Role:
- Minimum 3 years of specific Property Management experience
- Confident communicator (verbally and in writing)
- Ability to work well under pressure, with a degree of flexibility.
- Superb organisational and IT skills.
Salary Budgets: £35 - £40,000pa
Required working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5.30 pm
