Temporary Lettings Administrator – 2/3 Month Contract Starting in July – £14 to £16 per hour dependant on experience.

Dove and Hawk are proud to be working with a Global Real Estate firm who are seeking an experienced Lettings Administrator to support on their BTR developments in Brighton. You will be providing support on tenancy progression for the sites and supporting the leasing team. You will be employed on a temporary basis supporting for 2-3 months!

Duties:
  • Responding to enquiries
  • Completing applicant vetting requirements
  • Booking in viewings/ diary management for the leasing team
  • Collecting viewing feedback and recording appropriately
  • Ensuring that systems are thoroughly kept up to date and accurate for all lettings and rental data
  • Following tenancy progression process through from offer to move in
  • Managing the applicant database
  • Providing administrative support to the Leasing Manager and Leasing team
  • Creating a community feel through communication, events and innovations
  • Providing first class customer service to residents and applicants
  • Supporting with the conducting of check in, check out and apartment quality assurance checks
  • Liaising with the wider site team to ensure flats are ready for move ins
  • Dealing with enquiries from tenants, utility providers, local authorities, etc.
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Property Industry – happy to take someone from Property Management / Lettings Negotiator background
  • Fantastic telephone manner
  • Confident and outgoing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proactive, with strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Professional appearance and demeanour

Employment Type: Temp

Location: Brighton

Salary Details: £14 - £16p/h dependant on experience

Weekly Hours: 37.5 hours - 9am-5.30pm with hour unpaid lunch break

Start Date: On or before 6th July
