Dove & Hawk are proud to be working with a forward-thinking, boutique agency – the fastest-growing independent estate agent in Ealing. They are now seeking a driven Lettings Negotiator to join their team and play a key role in the area’s thriving property market.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with applicants to understand their property needs and preferences
- Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants
- Negotiate rental offers and secure favourable terms for clients
- Stay up to date with local property market trends and opportunities
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve lettings targets and overall business objectives
- Deliver an exceptional client experience throughout the lettings process
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 12 months' lettings experience
- Strong knowledge of Ealing and the surrounding areas
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong administrative and contract management abilities
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Multilingual skills (advantageous) to support a diverse client base
Package & Benefits
- Basic Salary: £35,000
- On-Target Earnings: £45,000+
- Performance‑based bonuses
- Car allowance: £3,000 – £4,000 per annum
- Access to a large property portfolio, with rentals priced up to £10,000 PCM
