Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with applicants to understand their property needs and preferences
- Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants
- Negotiate rental offers and secure favourable terms for clients
- Stay up to date with local property market trends and opportunities
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve lettings targets and overall business objectives
- Deliver an exceptional client experience throughout the lettings process
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 12 months' lettings experience
- Strong knowledge of Ealing and the surrounding areas
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong administrative and contract management abilities
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Multilingual skills (advantageous) to support a diverse client base
Package & Benefits
- Basic Salary: £35,000
- On-Target Earnings: £45,000+
- Performance‑based bonuses
