My client, a leading multibranch Estate Agency with over 8 offices across London, are currently seeking an experienced Lettings Administrator with proven property experience, to join their growing teams.
You will be a vital part, progressing tenancies from offer to move in and also assisting in the wider administration teams’ success by leveraging your in-depth knowledge of property legislation. Progress deals efficiently from offer to completion, meeting deadlines and adhering to legal/regulatory requirements.
- Uphold company policies and relevant legislation, including AML checks.
- Secure EPCs, safety checks, cleaning, and inventory checks for tenancies.
- 2 years’ experience within Tenancy Progression / Lettings Administration.
Additional quarterly commission incentive.
