Our client is seeking a dedicated Experienced Property Manager to oversee their residential properties. About the Role:
In this position, you will be responsible for managing daily property operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and ensuring compliance and maintenance standards are met. Your work will directly influence the quality of residents’ lives and the overall success of the property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of 100 – 130 residential properties
- Handle tenant inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction
- Coordinate inspections, repairs, and property maintenance activities
- Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and rent collections
- Build positive relationships with tenants, contractors, and vendors
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on property performance
- Support smooth onboarding of new tenants and coordinate move-in/out processes
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in AST property management or similar residential leasing roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Nice-to-Have:
- Knowledge of local property laws and regulations
- Experience using property management software
- ARLA Qualification
Package:
- Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30 – Office Based
- Up to £40,000 DOE
