Job Title: Facilities Manager
Salary: £45,000- £50,000
Working Hours: Monday -Friday 9:00- 17:30pm. Hybrid working available
My client, an award-winning real estate company that have been running for over 100 years are looking for a Facilities Manager to join the team in Central London, looking after a portfolio of 40 residential properties for the same landlord.
Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Ensuring compliance meets legal requirements at a rating of 95%+
- Visits to the properties in accordance with the SLA
- Maintaining high standards of cleaning, maintenance and presentation
- Stakeholder management and communication
- Preparing the service charge budget first draft
- Monitoring service charge expenditure
- Working and liaising closely with the other teams
Must haves:
- IOSH
- Previous experience preparing service charge budgets and managing expenditure
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organised and punctual
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- A keen problem solver and good under pressure
- Client facing
- Strong administration and excellent IT skills
- Ability to build long-term relationships with landlords
- Positive and encouraging attitude
Good to have but not essential:
- Residential experience
- NEBOSH
