We are seeking an experienced Compliance Operations Manager, who is responsible for the operational delivery and control of all statutory, contractual, and local-authority compliance obligations across a portfolio of approximately 1,500 properties used by London local authorities as temporary accommodation under guaranteed rent and PSL-style arrangements.
Role:
- Manage gas, electrical, fire safety, licensing & statutory compliance
- Ensure 100% certification and audit readiness
- Lead Compliance Officers, inspectors & admin staff
- Coordinate inspections, contractors & remedial works
- Act as key contact for borough compliance teams
Requirements:
- Housing/property compliance management experience
- Strong knowledge of UK safety & licensing legislation
- Team leadership and high-volume portfolio experience
Package: £50,000 salary + discretionary performance bonus. London based with borough-wide travel.
