About the Role
My client is currently recruiting for an Assistant Property Manager to join a global, prestigious real estate firm working across an Estate in South East London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their property management experience within a professional, resident-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Property Management team with the day-to-day running of the estate
- Assisting with regular property inspections
- Responding to and managing maintenance queries
- Liaising with residents, contractors and internal teams
- Supporting the Property Management team with general administration and operational tasks
- Assisting with the coordination and follow-up of maintenance works
- Providing excellent customer service to residents
About You
- Experience within property management required
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicating with residents, contractors and colleagues
- Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
