An award-winning property management company with nearly 10 years of success is expanding and looking for an experienced Block Manager to join their growing team in the West Midlands.
You’ll take full ownership of a portfolio of residential blocks, delivering exceptional service to leaseholders and ensuring everything runs smoothly — from service charge budgets and planned maintenance (including Section 20) to regular site visits and chairing AGMs. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking business with excellent career progression and a strong focus on client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Full management of your assigned portfolio
- Preparing and managing service charge budgets
- Overseeing planned maintenance and Section 20 processes
- Conducting regular property inspections
- Chairing AGMs and resident meetings
- Ensuring full compliance with health & safety regulations
- Previous Block Management experience
- Full UK driving licence and your own car
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- A positive, client-focused attitude
- IRPM (TPI) and/or ARMA qualification
