My client is a well-established, family-run, independent agency and is looking for a driven Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team in a fantastic location in North-West London . This role is ideal for a highly target-driven Sales Negotiator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-billing environment and is motivated by uncapped commission and the opportunity to earn extremely well. The office benefits from strong stock levels, excellent market presence, and a proven track record of producing top billers. Duties Register buyers and identify their key requirements Arrange, attend, and conduct property viewings Negotiate offers to maximise agreed sale prices and fee income Manage and grow strong relationships with vendors and buyers Proactively generate new instructions through canvassing, networking, and referrals Consistently work towards and exceed individual and office targets Operate as a key contributor within a performance-driven sales team Requirements Minimum 24 months\’ experience in London residential sales Proven record of working in a target-driven, high-billing environment Highly motivated by commission and financial reward Confident negotiator with strong closing ability Passionate about property and delivering results Professional, well-presented, and commercially focused Strong rapport-building and relationship management skills Full UK driving licence Benefits Car allowance / pool car Uncapped commission structure with genuine high-earning potential Opportunity to develop into a top biller within a successful office Hours: 9am-6pm Monday-Friday Saturday 9:30am-2pm (1 in 3 Saturdays) Salary: £30,0000 – £37,000 basic OTE £80,000-£100,000 (top performers earning well above this) This is a rare opportunity to join a busy, established agency where ambitious negotiators can quickly establish themselves as top billers and significantly increase their earnings.
