Dove & Hawk are now partnered with a well-established and reputable estate agency, in Northwest London. They are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Sales Consultant who is looking for a new challenge.

What They Offer:

• A competitive basic salary: £20-£25,000+
• Realistic OTE: £50,000 – £60,000 (uncapped)
• Tiered commission structure: 10%-25%
• Car allowance: £4,000 per annum
• Strong client base, and a track record of repeat business.

The Role:

• Managing contract procedures and negotiations
• Engaging with buyers and sellers to maximize opportunities
• Working closely with a highly experienced team

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced Sales Negotiator – preferably with local area knowledge
• Ambitious and hungry to succeed in a high-performance environment
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Able to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Holds a valid driving license and access to your own car
