Dove & Hawk are now partnered with a highly experienced and independent estate agency, based in Surbiton. They are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to focus on their high-end listings .
Duties/Responsibilities

  • Arranging, attending and conducting viewings.
  • Handling high value transactions
  • Generating valuation opportunities within the patch.
  • Price reductions when necessary.
  • Providing detailed viewing feedback to vendors.
  • Presenting and negotiating qualified offers to ensure the best outcome for all parties involved.
  • Produce the relevant paperwork required.

Requirements of the role:

  • Preferably 2 years\’ experience in London\’s residential sales market, 12 months minimum.
  • The ability to handle high value transactions with care
  • In depth knowledge of the sales process, and file progression
  • Local knowledge of Surbition, Kingston, Long Ditton, Berrylands, Hinchley Wood and Thames Ditton
  • A full UK Driving Licence and your own car
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Strong IT Skills

What\’s on offer

  • Basic Salary: £28,000-£30,000(open to a guarantee)
  • OTE: £65,000 1st year (uncapped)
  • You will be the prime property negotiator, primarily dealing with their high-end stock; priced £800K – £2M+
  • Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm / Saturdays by appointment only
  • Car Provision: Full UK drivers\’ license and access to your own car, £4,200 car allowance provided.
