Partner - Head of Lettings

PARTNER – HEAD OF LETTINGS
MAYFAIR, KENSINGTON, CHELSEA, FULHAM

Dove and Hawk are working in partnership with a boutique estate agency who specialise in postcodes such as Mayfair, Kensington, Chelsea and Fulham. This is a key leadership role, acting as Second-in-Command to the business owner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lettings and estate agency and this role will suit a highly motivated, entrepreneurial property professional.
Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the existing portfolio of 80+ properties.
• Market Appraisals: Conduct property valuations and appraisals.
• Business Development: Implement strategies including canvassing, inbound enquiries, and mail-outs.
• Viewings: Conduct rental property viewings initially while growing the department.
• Revenue Growth: Increase the lettings revenue.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in lettings management within a corporate or independent estate agency.
• Strong knowledge of Prime Central London lettings market, specifically; Mayfair, Kensington, Chelsea, Fulham.
• Demonstrable experience in business development and portfolio growth.
• Strong market appraisal skills with a track record of securing instructions.
• Willingness to be hands-on – viewings, canvassing, client engagement.
• Ambitious and growth-focused mindset to expand the business.
• Proven track record with a loyal client base expected to transition with the candidate.

Salary budgets:£50,000 – £80,000 basic salary, £80,000 – £120,000 OTE

Commission structure:20% – 40% on new listings brought in by agent.

Required working hours:Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, Saturday 10am-1pm (when required) *Hybrid/Remote working available*
