Dove & Hawk are partnering with a top Financial Consultancy that has a track record of successfully turning ambitious estate agents into high-earning Mortgage Advisors. No mortgage experience is required.
- Full 3-month training academy + support to pass your CeMAP
- A loan facility to support you while you train and transition to the self-employed model
- Self-employed with uncapped earnings and total control over your income
- Holiday allowance = 20 days per annum, rising to 25
- Weekly Working hours / hybrid working = 9-6 Mon-Fri - no WFH
- Commission Structure for both trainees and experienced brokers = Trainees start on 40%, rising to 50% for experienced
