Dove and Hawk are working in partnership with a successful multi-branch independent agency who specialise in the sale and rental of prime central London property. They are searching for a Lettings Negotiator to join their established team. This role will suit a central London lettings agent who has 1+ years' experience in London lettings.
Duties/functions of the role:
- Generate new business, be pro-active and source new leads
- List properties from the existing database/network
- Professionally registering applicants as well as answering online enquiries
- Arranging, attending viewings for prospective tenants
- Providing detailed viewing feedback to landlords in order to successfully garner offers
- Qualifying offers with the purpose of getting the best deal for all parties involved
- Building strong relationships with landlords, prospective tenants, existing tenants and colleagues
- Completing the appropriate paperwork in order to create a smooth lettings process
- Managing the lettings process from offer to move in
Requirements of the role:
- 1+ years' experience working in central London
- A proven track record and a background of hitting and exceeding targets
- Must be well spoken and well presented
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong IT skills
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
Salary budgets: £20,000 - £24,000 basic salary DOE, £45,000 - £55,000 OTE + car allowance
Required working hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am - 6pm, Saturdays 9am - 5pm with a day in lieu
