Dove and Hawk are working in partnership with a well-established independent agency who specialise in the sale and rental of prime central London property. They are searching for a Lettings Manager to join their established team. This role will suit a well-spoken central London Senior Lettings Negotiator or Assistant Lettings Manager who has 4+ years' experience in London lettings.
Duties/functions of the role:
- Build and expand Lettings business.
- Conduct Market Appraisals, negotiate the best fee possible and gain instructions.
- Follow up old Market Appraisals and maintain a high conversion rate.
- Generate new business, be pro-active and source new leads.
- List properties from the existing database/network.
- Manage incoming enquiries and build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Professionally register applicants as well as answer online enquiries.
- Arrange and attend viewings for prospective tenants.
- Provide detailed viewing feedback to landlords in order to successfully garner offers.
- Qualify offers with the purpose of getting the best deal for all parties involved.
- Build strong relationships with landlords, prospective tenants, existing tenants and colleagues.
- Complete the appropriate paperwork in order to create a smooth lettings process.
- Arrange and attend valuations.
- Convert valuations to instructions.
- Manage the lettings process from offer to move in.
Requirements of the role:
- 4+ years' experience working in central London.
- NFOPP qualified preferred but not essential.
- A proven track record and a background of hitting and exceeding targets.
- Must be well spoken and well presented.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experienced dealing with UHNWI.
- Strong IT skills.
Salary budgets: £30,000 - £35,000 basic salary DOE, £50,000 - £75,000 OTE.
Required working hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6.30pm, every other Saturday 10.00am - 2.00pm.
