Dove & Hawk are working with an Independent property firm who are well-established in the City of London property market. They are on the hunt for a Lettings Negotiator to join their rapidly growing team.

Duties/Functions of the role:

  • Booking and conducting viewings
  • Vendor feedback
  • Progressing the tenant application process
  • Dealing with all incoming enquiries and registering new enquiries
  • Organising and carrying out viewings
  • Negotiating the terms of tenancies with potential tenants
  • Efficiently deal with tenants enquiries
  • Deliver an excellent customer service

Requirements of the role:

  • Sales experience or property experience required
  • Excellent communication skills with people of all backgrounds
  • Immaculate and professional presentation

Salary Budgets: Basic - £22,000 OTE - £60,000 + Travel Allowance (NO LICENSE REQUIRED)

Required working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm - No Weekends
