An established and fast-growing property auction business is expanding nationally and is now seeking an experienced Business Development Manager / Valuer to support continued growth. The Role

This is a client-facing role combining business development and valuing, focused on:

  • Winning new business by developing partnerships with estate agents, solicitors, and property professionals
  • Generating auction listings through self-sourced opportunities
  • Carrying out property valuations and advising vendors on auction strategy
  • Managing and developing existing client relationships
  • Maximising revenue from partner accounts
  • Representing the business professionally in both face-to-face and virtual environments
The Ideal Candidate

You will be an experienced property professional with a strong background in valuing or branch management and a proven ability to generate new business. You will be:

  • Tenacious, driven, and self-motivated
  • Confident in self-generating leads
  • A strong communicator with excellent presentation skills
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with cold calling and presenting to groups
Skills & Experience Required
  • Minimum 5 years' experience at Valuer or Branch Manager level
  • Proven track record of new business generation
  • Property auction experience desirable (but not essential)
  • B2B sales experience advantageous
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Competent with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and virtual meeting platforms
  • Ability to present effectively in both physical and virtual settings
  • Accurate reporting on weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance
