My client, an award-winning residential managing agent that has done extremely well in the relatively short time that they have been operating, is looking for a Block Manager to join the team in Southeast London. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio across a varying development size consisting of up to ~500 units.
- Preparing and managing service charge budgets
- Regular property visits
- Familiarity with AGM's and Service Charge Budgets
- Ability to build long-term relationships
