Dove Adolescent Services Limited in Doncaster is seeking a Registered Manager for a brand new 4-bed children's home. You will hold accountability for day-to-day management and ensure high-quality care in line with policies while promoting young people's rights.
You will lead a care team, chair meetings, manage admissions and safeguarding, develop staff through training and ensure budget and premises are maintained. A Diploma Level 5 or equivalent is preferred or you’ll work towards it.
