HGV Class C / Fallen Stock Driver

_We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an __*HGV Class C - Fallen Stock Driver *__to join us at Douglasbrae. _ *Main duties and responsibilities* * Driving a Company HGV vehicle and operating vehicle equipment, winch * Must have class 2 and valid CPC * Collecting fallen stock from customer premises and bring back to the site * Handling Fallen Stock * Unloading of vehicle * Completing the required work documentation (including Driver Records and Collection Records) * Ensuring the vehicle is well maintained and clean and undertaking required vehicle checks * Acting as an ambassador on behalf of the Company, ensuring that the clients/customers are treated courteously and respectfully * Consistently meeting Driver performance criteria requirements * This position comes with the view of being trained to shoot and dispatch live animals at customer premises. * No slaughter license/firearm certificates are required, as full training will be provided *Qualifications & Experience* _Essential_ * HGV class C * Knowledgeable of vehicle operations * Demonstrate understanding of Driver Hours Rules (UK Domestic) * Full Driver CPC Training and CPC card * Hold a digital tachograph driver card *Skills & Behaviours* * Excellent communication skills * Ability to adapt to changes quickly and calmly * Logical and organised * Have an accurate and methodical approach to your work? * Well organised and self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision *Working hours* *40 hours* £15/hr Tachograph bonus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £15.00 per hour Experience: * driving: 1 year (required) Licence/Certification: * Driver CPC (required) * digital tachograph driver card (required) Work Location: On the road
