Our client is a top 200 law firm, looking for a Housing Solicitor/Supervisor to join their office in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of all aspects of social housing including Homelessness, Disrepair, Eviction, Possession, Property Ownership Disputes, Succession for Tenants, and Neighbourhood Problems matters
- Undertaking own advocacy
- Attending to clients
- Reporting directly to Department Director
- Supervising junior members of team
The Ideal Candidate:
- A qualified Solicitor with experience in Social Housing (ideally 3 years PQE plus)
- Previous supervisory experience
- Advocacy experience
- Excellent networking skills
- Excellent IT and communication skills
