My client is a top 200 law firm currently seeking an experienced Residential Property Senior Solicitor to join their team in Epsom.
About the Role: You will manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including:
- Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
- Transfers of equity and remortgages
- Shared ownership and new build transactions
- Liaising with clients, agents, and other solicitors to ensure smooth and timely completions
About You:
