My client is a top 200 law firm, currently looking for an experienced Residential Property Senior Solicitor looking to join their team in Epsom.

About the Role: You will manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including:

  • Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
  • Transfers of equity and remortgages
  • Shared ownership and new build transactions
  • Liaising with clients, agents, and other solicitors to ensure smooth and timely completions
