You\’ll be working alongside professional and motivated partners and senior associates who drive the levels of standards of excellence in the team.
It\’s a mix of work coming in including high value transactions and clients who have their own portfolio of properties.
There are clear career paths available. With upwards of 2 years PQE you\’ll be keen to accept your next challenge and pick up good habits.
You can expect to manage your o wn caseload involving sales and purchases (registered and unregistered, freehold and leasehold land), re-mortgages, transfers of equity, equity release and right to buy. You\’ll have support from conveyancing assistants.
