As part of this role, you will be managing a diverse range of property transactions for a broad client base, including individuals, businesses, investors, and developers. The work will involve:
Residential Property:

Handling freehold and leasehold transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.

Managing new build purchases and shared ownership transactions.

Providing expert advice on transfer of equity, lease extensions, and unregistered properties.

Liaising with mortgage lenders, estate agents, and other third parties to ensure smooth completions.
Commercial Property:
-
Advising on sales, acquisitions, and leases of commercial premises for a range of clients, including landlords, tenants, and investors.

Managing development projects, including site acquisitions and disposals.

Handling property finance, including refinancing, secured lending, and asset management.

Drafting and negotiating complex commercial leases, licenses, and other agreements related to commercial property transactions.

At least 3 years PQE in residential and commercial property law, with a proven ability to manage a varied caseload.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
